• Sign-in at at Taipei Marriott Hotel, 5th Floor.

• All participants are required to sign in.

• If you have special dietary requirements (halal, vegetarian, or other), please collect your meal voucher during sign-in.

 

For Speakers

• Please check and test your presentation materials in advance inside the main venue after signing in.

• If you arrive late, proceed directly to the information desk outside the main venue for assistance.

• Students who have not yet submitted their presentation materials should visit the information desk as soon as possible.

• Group numbers and detailed information are available on this page.

 

Grand Challenge Shuttle Bus · Departs 1:15 PM

• Grand Challenge participants and judges will be transported to NYCU Beitou Medical Building by complimentary shuttle bus.

• Shuttle departs at 1:15 PM from the Marriott Hotel.

• Estimated ride duration: approximately 40 minutes.

• Please check the shuttle bus schedule or ask at the information desk for details.

• Upon arrival at the Grand Challenge venue, please sign in immediately at the registration desk.
