Angela Gill Nelms

Angela Gill Nelms is the Managing Director of Biolocity, a philanthropic, multi-institutional accelerator advancing early-stage medical technologies from Georgia Tech and Emory University toward commercialization. A three-time biotech COO, she specializes in milestone-driven advancement, cross-sector coordination, and governance design for complex innovation systems.

She serves on the Georgia Tech Advisory Board, advising the President of Georgia Tech, and on the College of Engineering Advisory Board. She is a member of the Georgia Tech Academy of Distinguished Alumni.
