Minori Aoki

Panelist, Undergraduate Student (Medicine), Institute of Science Tokyo

Minori Aoki is a fifth-year medical student at the Institute of Science Tokyo and the Co-Chair of the Student Committee in the Global Consortium. She earned bachelor’s degrees in molecular and cell biology and music at the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed an honors project on iron metabolism and received training in classical piano performance.


Her current research in cardio-oncology focuses on atrial fibrillation in cancer patients. She is interested in initiatives that bring medicine and engineering together to make healthcare more accessible and sustainable.
