Vicki Seyfert-Margolis

Dr. Seyfert-Margolis is the Founder and CEO of RespondHealth, Inc., a healthcare AI company that takes vast fragmented health data and makes it computable, actionable health information at scale and speed to decipher patient journeys to support rapid fact-based decision making for clinical research and care.

Key positions, prior to RespondHealth, include Senior Advisor for Science Innovation and Policy in the Office of the Commissioner of the US Food and Drug Administration and Chief Scientific Officer of the Immune Tolerance Network (ITN). During her tenure at the FDA, she oversaw the development and execution of an agency-wide strategic plan for regulatory science. At the ITN, Vicki contributed to over 30 Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials, including development of more than 20 leading-edge assays for monitoring efficacy of monoclonal antibody and cell-based therapies. 

Vicki also previously served as Director of the Office of Innovative Scientific Research Technologies at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases within the National Institutes of Health, where she focused on integrating emerging technologies with NIH’s existing immunology and infectious disease programs.  

Vicki completed her PhD in immunology at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine. Vicki serves as a Board Director for the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, and the Eureka Institute for Translational Medicine.
